Chase Spicola and Haidyn Hansen Capture NOW600 Mile High Region Victory at El Pao County Raceway!
CALHAN, Colo. (May 2, 2022) - Chase Spicola captured Saturday's NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Mile High Region victory at El Paso County Raceway.
19 A-Class and 8 Restricted 'A' Class Micro Sprints were on hand.
Spicola from the pole picked up the feature in the 20-lap A-Class feature event. Tim Snelling from ninth finished in the second spot with 15th starting Hunter Finney rounding out the podium. Fourth went to Hunter Rhoades who started 19th in the feature event. Colton James rounded out the top five after starting 12th.
Brianna Rhoades was sixth with 17th starting Junior Thompson finishing in the seventh spot. Chance Ullstrom was credited with eighth after starting 16th. Austin Ullstrom was ninth with Sean Cleaveland the top ten.
TJ Stark, Austin Ullstrom and Chase Spicola each picked up heat race wins.
Haidyn Hansen topped the Restricted 'A' Class feature event over Enzo Spicola. Ryleigh Whittle was third at the line with Skyler Keeney in fourth. Ricky Holbrook rounded out the top five.
Silas Cleaveland was sixth with TJ Stark finishing in seventh. Anna Keith rounded out the field.
TJ Stark won the lone Restricted heat race.
The Mile High Region returns to action on Saturday, May 14 at El Paso County Raceway in Calhan, Colorado.
