Gulf Coast Speedway Sanctions with NOW600 in 2022

DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (January 24, 2022) - Gulf Coast Speedway in Alvin, Texas is joining the sanctioning umbrella of the National Open Wheel 600 Series in 2022.

A staple in the Houston area, Gulf Coast Speedway will sanction their Stock Non-Wing, Restricted 'A' Class, Junior Sprints and Turf Tire divisions with the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Weekly Racing series.

"We are excited to have Gulf Coast Speedway join the NOW600 family." stated NOW600 Series Founder, Terry Mattox. "Gulf Coast is the powerhouse of racing in the Houston area for both Micro Sprints and Go-Karts and this partnership is going to be a great venture together."

20 nights of action is on tap for Gulf Coast Speedway with NOW600 Weekly Racing action. 10 events will feature the Helo Vodka NOW600 Ark-La-Tex Region.

The season will get underway on March 12 and conclude on October 21-22 with the Non-Wing Fling!

Gulf Coast Speedway will utilized NOW600 division rules. GCS will also have access to all of the NOW600 promotional and public relation tools to help promote the sport of Micro Sprint racing.

2022 NOW600 Weekly Racing Champion will get $500 for A-Class, $300 for Restricted, Turf Tire and Junior Sprints.
