NOW600 Mile High Region Announces 2022 Schedule and a Five Year Sanctioning Agreement with NOW600

DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (November 17, 2021) - As the book closes on the 2021 season for the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Mile High Region, officials with the Colorado based region have released the 2022 schedule of events while also signing a five year sanctioning agreement with NOW600.

19 events are on the schedule for the NOW600 Mile High Region. Eight of which will be held at El Paso County Raceway in Calhan, CO another eight at I-76 Speedway in Fort Morgan, CO and three nights are on deck for Honor Speedway in Pueblo, CO.

A variety of Winged and Non-Wing events make up the docket.

Also in 2022, the Restricted 'A' Class will see its first season as its own class.

"We have to find a way to get the kids into the sport." commented NOW600 Mile High Promoter, Joe Bellm. "An entry level class will help feed our youth through the ranks and it also gives the Quarter Midget parents and kids a next step."

The event schedule has been spread out to avoid conflicts with neighboring tracks and regions. "We've been in talks with the Mountain West Region and Airport Raceway to try our best to not race on top of their big events to allow our drivers and teams a chance to venture out and support those around us." commented Bellm.

During the announcement of the 2022 schedule, the Mile High Region of the National Open Wheel 600 Series as also announced a five year sanctioning agreement with NOW600.

"We are very glad to have a great partnership with Joe Bellm and Jeremy Lovelady. They have been great to work with and we are very excited to extend our sanctioning agreement to 2027." stated NOW600 Series Founder, Terry Mattox. "Colorado has a great thing doing for the Micro Sprints and I am excited to see the sport continue to grow in that area."

The 2022 season for the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Mile High Region will begin on April 23 at El Paso County Raceway and conclude on October 8 at I-76 Speedway.
