Robert Turner Tops NOW600 Desert Region Opener at Uranium Capitol Speedway
GRANTS, NM (April 12, 2021) - Robert Turner topped Saturday's NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Desert Region event at Uranium Capitol Speedway.
11 Winged A-Class Micro Sprints were on hand for the 2021 season opener.
From the inside of the second row, Robert Turner picked up the victory. Joshua Huish from sixth finished in second. Bradley Huish moved up five spots to round out the podium. Derrick Black was fourth with Glenn Holmes the top five.
Maren Black was sixth with Zachary Hanes seventh. Amie Black finished eighth. Jerry Campbell was ninth with Samantha Hanes the top ten.
Heat winners were: Turner and Maren Black
The Desert Region of the National Open Wheel 600 Series returns to action on Saturday, May 1 at Fairgrounds Speedway in Cortez, Colorado.
