Frankie Bardaro Wins Inaugural NOW600 Lucas Oil Modified Series Event at Creek County Speedway

SAPULPA, Okla. (April 11, 2021) - The inaugural season for the 600cc Modifieds under the sanctioning of the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series got underway on Saturday with Frankie Bardaro capturing the first event win.

10 NOW600 Lucas Oil Modifieds signed in for action atop the 1/4 mile oval.

From the outside of the front row, Bardaro fought with pole sitter, Korbin Hand for the opening laps then it was all Bardaro at the finish. Hand finished in the runner up spot with James Waters third. Fourth went to Corey Davis with Brigan Wheat the top five.

Gary Wheat was sixth with Raymond Franklin in seventh. Steven Beard was eighth at the line with Bradin Wheat and Randy Aldridge the field.

Hand and Waters each won the nights two Hi Plains Building Division heat races.

The NOW600 Lucas Oil Modified Series returns to action on Saturday, May 8 at Creek County Speedway.
