McIntosh and Bailes Take Night Two at Jackpine Gypsies with NOW600 Mountain West

STURGIS, S.D. (June 17, 2018) - On night two of the Summer Nationals at Jackpine Gypsies saw Doug McIntosh and Nikko Bailes each return to NOW600 Mountain West Victory Lane.

The Saturday night portion of the Summer Nationals was a Stock Non-Wing event for the NOW600 Mountain West Region presented by Hoosier Racing Tire A-Class competitors.

Doug McIntosh was victorious in the 20-lap A-Main after starting on the outside of the front row. Jason Robins picked up the second spot. Friday nights Main Event winner, Logan Hershey came home on the last step of the podium with Ryan Fulk and Tom Peterson rounding out the top five.

Jason Wagoner crossed sixth. Seventh went to Wren Jacobs. Martin Hansen was eighth with Brad Olson ninth and Zach Kostaneski tenth.

Peterson, Brandon Mills and Jeff Wignall each claimed the nights three Heat races.

Nikko Bailes went to victory lane again in Restricted 'A' Class competition. Tallen Hansen crossed second.

Hansen was the nights Heat winner.

The Mountain West Region of the National Open Wheel 600 Series will return to action on Saturday, June 23 at Newcastle Speedway in Newcastle, Wyoming.
