Ruth and Burris Battle to NOW600 Cactus Region Victory at Adobe Mountain!

GLENDALE, Ariz. (April 25, 2026) - Tyler Ruth and Leo Burris battled their way to victory on Saturday with the NOW600 Cactus Region at Adobe Mountain Speedway.

22 NOW600 A-Class Micros and 10 NOW600 Restricted Micros made the call to the desert bullring.

NOW600 A-Class Micros

Passing was at a premium early, but it didn’t stay that way for long as Tyler Ruth carved his way from eighth to victory in a hard-charging performance in the 20-lap A-Feature. Casey Bauman backed up his heat race speed with a strong runner-up finish from ninth, while Axton Romero advanced to third after starting sixth. Josh Castro and Cole Warner completed the top five after consistent runs inside the lead pack. Early race leaders hit trouble, including polesitter Nixen Gabbard fading to sixth and multiple frontrunners suffering DNFs, opening the door for Ruth’s march to the front. Heat race wins went to Gabbard, Logan Heath, and Castro, setting the stage for a feature that saw heavy movement throughout the field.

NOW600 Restricted Micros

Leo Burris put together a smooth and steady drive to capture the 20-lap A-Feature win, holding off Dylan Langer, who finished a solid second after winning his heat race. Kyler Mendoza showed speed all night, backing up the fastest hot lap with a third-place finish, while Jayden Ferneau and Allison Gauthier rounded out the top five. Nixen Gabbard, fresh off a heat race win, crossed sixth after starting on the pole in the feature. Heat race victories went to Langer and Gabbard, with both drivers showcasing early speed before Burris ultimately took control when it counted most.
