Last Corner, Last Lap Pass for Tate Gurney on Thursday’s KKM Giveback Classic Prelim Night!

TULSA, Okla. (October 16, 2025) - Tate Gurney on the last lap and last corner garnered Thursday’s KKM Giveback Classic prelim night at Port City Raceway with the NOW600 National Series.

A staggering 53 entries were on hand with the NOW600 Restricted Non-Wing Micros for the first of two prelim nights.

Crossing the line on the white flag in the runner up spot, the field came off of turn four and with a diamond move off the corner to cross the line victorious. Braxton Flatt finished in the second spot with Cash Lacombe finishing in third. Fourth went to Deekan McRoberts with Garyn Howard the top five.

Milestone Home Service Company Heat Winners: Braxton Flatt, Cash Lacombe, Mattix McBride, Garyn Howard, Heath Walton, and Lathan Knott.

Hoss Media B-Main winners: Heath Walton, Brooks Buoy, and Brody Stewart.

Cash Lacombe was the nights DSR Racing Engines Quick Qualifier.

Racing resumes on Friday for the last chance at earning points for Saturday’s 40-lap finale.
