Lagroon Lands A Double and Kroening Captures First Win at Clay County Fairgrounds with NOW600 Jayhusker!

CLAY CENTER, Kan. (Sept. 29, 2024) - Cale Lagroon and Camden Kroening each topped Saturday’s NOW600 Jayhusker Region event at Clay County Fairgrounds.

The night would see 42 entires on hand which featured 22-NOW600 Non-Wing Micros, 12-NOW600 A-Class Micros, and 8-NOW600 Restricted Micros.

Cale Lagroon picked up the Stock Non-Wing feature event. Ava Gropp was second with Greg Berry advancing 15 spots to third. Garett Hake claimed fourth with Jadyn Friesen the top five.

Hank Soares, Cale Lagroon, and Garett Hake were each heat race winners.

Completing the double, Lagroon also topped the A-Class Winged feature race. Jadyn Friesen was second with Micah Becker the podium. Fox Funk was scored in fourth and Hank Soares made up the top five.

Cale Lagroon and Matthew Laflin topped heat race action.

Camden Kroening picked up his first career feature win in Restricted on Saturday. Brodie Williams was second with Kaden Zorn in third. Sawyer Zimmerman claimed the fourth spot with Nash Edwards the top five.

Sawyer Zimmerman and Kaden Zorn each won heat races.

The 2024 season for the NOW600 Jayhusker Region has completed.
