NOW600 National Micros
Wayne County Speedway Hosting NOW600 National Illinois Debut this Friday and Saturday!
DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (Sept. 17, 2024) - The Dirt2Media National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi Plains Building Division invades the land of Lincoln this Friday and Saturday for the first time in series history.
Wayne County Speedway in Wayne City, IL will be the site of the first NOW600 National event in the state of Illinois this weekend.
Joining forces with the NOW600 National Series will be our sister series, the Heartland Auto Racing Tour which is also sanctioned by NOW600.
Six classes will take to the 1/6 mile oval. NOW600 Stock Non-Wing, NOW600 Winged A-Class, HART Non-Wing Outlaw, NOW600/HART Restricted, NOW600/HART Junior Sprints, and WCS Mod Lites.
Jadyn Friesen leads the Stock Non-Wing championship standings over Hayden Mabe. Cruz Dickerson currently sits in third with Kaden Weger fourth and Colton Robinson the top five.
Friesen also leads the A-Class championship points over Braxton Weger. Hayden Mabe currently sits in third with Tityn Roberts in fourth. Kaden Weger rounds out the top five.
Braxton Weger leads the charge in Restricted competition. Jude Allgayer currently runs in second with Tityn Roberts in third. Kyle Hooper is fourth with Ty Fulghum making up the top five.
Racing is set to get underway with Hot Laps at 7pm on Friday and 6pm on Saturday.
