Short Circuit at Electric City Speedway Hosting Dirt2Media NOW600 National Championship Double Header this Weekend!
DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (March 18, 2024) - All three divisions of the Dirt2Media NOW600 Micro Sprint National Championship presented by Hi Plains Building Division will return to action with the debut to the Short Circuit at Electric City Speedway in Butler, Missouri this weekend.
A newly constructed 1/8 mile oval inside of the “big track”, the touring titans will face a new challenge as being the first drivers to compete on the new track.
“We’re excited to break in the newly constructed short track at Electric City Speedway.” stated NOW600 Series Founder, Terry Mattox. “It will be a level playing field for the teams as no one has compete on this track. Will definitely be an interesting weekend.”
Heading into this weekends double Jadyn Friesen leads the Stock Non-Wing national standings with a slim five point advantage over Alex Karpowicz. Isaiah Garcia currently sits third with Hayden Mabe fourth and Johnny Boland the top five.
Kaden Weger leads Degan Lelsz by 18 points in A-Class national standings. Alex Karpowicz currently resides in the third spot with Jadyn Friesen hanging onto fourth and Braxton Weger the top five.
18 points sepreates current Restricted national point leader Braxton Weger over Kyle Hooper. Jude Allgayer is third with Deekan McRoberts holding down fourth and Kaiden Lane making up the top five.
Action is slated to get underway at 7:30pm on Friday and 7pm on Saturday with Hot Laps.
