Galusha, Holt and Weldon Win Friday Night at KAM Raceway

HASTINGS, Neb. (June 29, 2020) - The third round of NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Weekly Racing took to the KAM Raceway on Friday night with Jake Galusha, Sam Holt and Gaige Weldon picking up the victory.

51 NOW600 Weekly Racing entries were on hand featuring 21 Winged A-Class, 21 Stock Non-Wing and 9 Restricted 'A' Class.

Jake Galusha picked up the Winged A-Class feature event win from the seventh starting spot. Chase Brown from 12th crossed in the runner up spot with Jason Friesen making up the podium. Dawson Nunnenkamp and Jaxon Brenning the top five.

Jadyn Friesen, Maddie Fritz, Jon Schriner, Greg Berry and Jenna Kaczor were the top ten.

Sam Holt, Dawson Nunnenkamp and Jason Friesen were heat race winners.

In Stock Non-Wing competition, Sam Holt picked up the victory from the pole with Zach Grams finishing in second with Jadyn Friesen the podium. Fourth went to Kelbie Volkman and Jacob Lipker the top five.

Kormick Linner, Dawson Nunnenkamp, Jason Friesen, Derek Kral and Nate Johnson made up the top ten.

Nunnernkamp and Linner won heat races.

Gaige Weldon took the win in Restricted action. Meelah Watson finished in second with Hayden Holt in third. Cody Berkenmeier was fourth and KAden Fritz the top five.

Haidyn Hansen, Tyler Hendrickson, Fox Funk and Remmi Butolph the field.

Berkenmeier was the lone heat race winner.
