Battarbee and Thomas Reign Over NOW600 TOWR Series At Superbowl Speedway

Bryan Hulbert – GREENVILLE, Texas (May 30, 2020) Moving action up the road to Superbowl Speedway on Saturday night, Winged A-Class and Restricted took center stage with the NOW600 Milestone TOWR Series and POWRi Lonestar 600’s.

The second round of the Welborn Texas Restrictor Nationals, Conner Thomas took the momentum of a fourth-place finish the previous night at RPM Speedway and turned it into victory. The first win of the year for the Post, Texas driver in NOW600 competition, Thomas was followed to the finish by Braxston Wilson with Thomas Hall, Jr. moving from eighth to third. Brant Wood and Kamirin Cook completed the top five.

Winning for the first time in 2020 with the NOW600 Series, Houston’s Karter Battarbee topped action in A-Class competition. Second, went to Jim Woods with Noah Key making up a trio of positions to complete the evening’s podium. Karson Battarbee crossed fourth with Maverick Elskins advancing from 11th to complete the top five.

The next event for the NOW600 Milestone TOWR Series is Friday, June 26 at RPM Speedway (Crandall, Texas) and Saturday, June 27 at Grayson County Speedway (Bells, Texas). The full lineup of events can be found online at http://www.now600series.com/schedule.
