Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (May 18, 2020) – Memorial Day Weekend features a trio of races in Missouri for the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi-Plains Building Division.

It begins on Friday and Saturday at KC Raceway in Independence before shifting to Nevada Speedway in Nevada on Sunday. This weekend marks the first-ever NOW600 Series national event at both tracks as well as the only visit to the state this yar. The three premier series divisions – Stock Non-Wing, Winged ‘A’ Class and Restricted ‘A’ Class – will be racing each night.

Frank Flud enters the weekend with the lead in the championship standings in both the Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class divisions thanks to four and six triumphs, respectively, this season.

The closest points battle continues to be in the Restricted ‘A’ Class ranks as Garrett Benson, who has recorded a division-best five wins, holds a slim four-point lead over Jade Avedisian with Ryder Laplante only 16 points behind Benson.

The races this weekend will also be only the second trip to the ‘Show Me State’ as the series made its debut in August 2016 at Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex in Sweet Springs.

Racing is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. this Friday and at 7 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.

The two races at KC Raceway will be streamed via live video at http://www.RacinBoys.com.
