NOW600 National Micros
COVID-19 Cancels NOW600 National Events in April
DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (April 7, 2020) - Wishful thinking was not enough for the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by the Hi Plains Building Division as the final two National events in April have fallen to the pandemic.
Track officials and series officials were in contact with their respective county (Kaufman and Grayson) with lock downs taking place through April 30.
At this time there is no word on a makeup for either one of these events. If there comes and agreement we will pass the new dates along.
For now the National Micros will wait until Friday, May 8 to hopefully get back to action at Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Oklahoma and then Saturday, May 9 at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Arkansas.
