Lucas Oil NOW600 Series Invading Port City Raceway This Weekend During 4th Annual Oil Capital Clash

Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (March 9, 2020) – One of the biggest events on the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi-Plains Building Division schedule has arrived as the 4th annual Oil Capital Clash is this weekend.

Port City Raceway in Tulsa, Okla., will host the three-day extravaganza this Thursday through Saturday when all three premier series divisions – Stock Non-Wing, Winged ‘A’ Class and Restricted ‘A’ Class will compete.

Frank Flud currently leads both the Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class championship standings thanks to two and four victories, respectively, in the divisions. Jade Avedisian, who is the only driver to capture a top five in all four Restricted ‘A’ Class main events this season, is also atop the standings in her division.

Flud has the most series Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class triumphs. He’s earned five Stock Non-Wing wins and a dozen Winged ‘A’ Class victories, including seven straight at the track.

Ryan Timms leads the Restricted ‘A’ Class list with six series wins at the oval.
The pits open at 4 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and at 2 p.m. on Saturday. The grandstands open at 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and at 3 p.m. on Saturday. Hot laps will start at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and at 4:45 p.m. on Saturday. There will also be a fan fest from Noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Adult tickets are $10 per night with children ages 6-years-old to 12-years-old and senior citizens $6 per night. Children 5-years-old and younger as well as active and retired military (with proper identification) get in free. A pit pass is $30.
