Lucas Oil NOW600 Series Heads to Red Dirt Raceway This Weekend for 3rd Annual Spring Nationals

Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (March 2, 2020) – The Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi-Plains Building Division will make its season debut in Oklahoma this weekend on the heels of a wildly successful season-opening doubleheader.

More than 90 combined entries in the three premier series divisions – Stock Non-Wing, Winged ‘A’ Class and Restricted ‘A’ Class – participated in a two-day event in Texas last weekend, where Frank Flud swept both the Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class main events while Jade Avedisian and Garrett Benson split the Restricted ‘A’ Class feature triumphs.

Next up is the 3rd annual Spring Nationals hosted by Red Dirt Raceway in Meeker, Okla., this Saturday and Sunday.

The series has visited the oval eight times since 2017. Flud is the only multiple race winner in both the Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class divisions with a pair of victories in each. Shawn Mahaffey and Ryan Timms both have two Restricted ‘A’ Class wins to lead the division.

The pit gates open at 1 p.m. with the front gate opening at 2 p.m. and racing set for 4 p.m. both days this weekend.

General admission tickets are $15 per night. High school student tickets are $5 and children ages 5-years-old or younger get in free. Pit passes are $30 per person.
