Tom Peterson Scores NOW600 Tel-Star Mountain West Region Win at Newcastle
NEWCASTLE, Wyom. (June 30, 2019) - Tom Peterson scored his third win of the 2019 season on Saturday during the NOW600 Tel-Star Technologies Mountain West Region event at Newcastle Speedway.
10 drivers checked in for action on the Saturday night affair.
Tom Peterson rolled from the pole of the 20-lap feature event to pick up his third win of the season. Jeff Wignall crossed in the runner up spot with Doug McIntosh finishing in third. Wren Jacobs took the fourth spot. Nikko Bailes rounded out the top five.
Ryan Fulk took the sixth spot with Ron Fulk coming across in seventh. Eighth went to Karon Deshaw with Austin Nelson ninth and Robert Bandy tenth.
Both Peterson and Jacobs won the two heat races.
On deck the NOW600 Tel-Star Technologies Mountain West Region will return to Newcastle on Saturday, July 6. The event will be winged.
