NOW600 North Texas Goes to RPM Friday Before Joining National at Grayson County on Saturday
DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (April 9, 2018) - The RW Chassis and Components NOW600 North Texas Region has a full weekend lined up with action at RPM Speedway on Friday and Grayson County Speedway on Saturday.
For the third week, the North Texas Region Winged A-Class division will try to get their first night of competition in at RPM Speedway in Crandall, Texas this Friday night as the the previous two nights have fell to weather.
WINGED A-CLASS: Chase Brewer currently leads the championship standings with a 18 point lead over Morgan Roan. Jim Woods currently sits in third with Gerald Ray in fourth and Calen Mohler rounding out the top five.
Friday nights action kicks off at 8PM with Gates opening at 5PM.
Also racing will be 305 Sprint Cars, USRA Modifieds, Limited Modifieds and Factory Stocks.
Saturday night the Stock Non-Wing and Restricted 'A' Class divisions will join the Lucas Oil NOW600 National Series presented by MyRacePass at Grayson County Speedway in Bells, Texas.
STOCK NON-WING: Morgan Roan leads the Stock Non-Wing point standings with a 7 point lead over Kobe Simpson. Colby Stubblefield is third in points with Brad Best and Daison Pursley bringing up the top five.
RESTRICTED 'A' CLASS: Caleb Rouser leads the North Texas Region points in the Restricted 'A' Class division.
Saturday nights racing starts at 8PM with Gates opening at 5PM.
The Saturday card will feature the Lucas Oil NOW600 National vs. RW Chassis North Texas Region Non-Wing and Restricted Classes along with IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Mods, I-Stocks, Factory Stocks and Economy Stocks.
Reminder that the NOW600 Series will count a drivers best 22 nights in Restricted 'A' Class and Winged A-Class towards the 2018 North Texas Region Championship while counting all Stock Non-Wing events.
In order to qualify for end of the year awards you must be a NOW600 member in good standings and compete in 80% of the number of nights that we are counting towards the end of the year.
