Driven Midwest NOW600 Sooner Set Sights on Caney, Kansas Saturday
DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (Aug. 15, 2017) - The Driven Midwest NOW600 Sooner Region presented by Edge Grafix Stock Non-Wing division heads up to the Caney Valley Speedway in Caney, Kansas this Saturday, August 26.
Saturday's event is the third scheduled event of the 2017 season for the Sooner Region at the 1/4 mile oval located just north of Caney, Kansas.
In the last event held at the Caney Valley Speedway saw Blaine Ray capture the win.
Frank Flud currently leads the Stock Non-Wing point standings for the NOW600 Sooner Region. Holley Hollan sits in second with Avery Goodman third. Fourth is Hank Davis and Cannon McIntosh rounds out the top five.
Brandon Anderson is sixth. Seventh is Curtis Jones. Matt Ward is eighth with Cory Green ninth and Chris Cochran tenth.
On Saturday Pits and grandstand gates open at 4:00 p.m., hot laps start at 6:30 p.m. and racing begins at 7:00 p.m. sharp.
All drivers must be signed in by 6:15 p.m. If you are not signed in by 6:15 you will be put in the back of your heat.
Other classes in action: USRA B-Modifieds, Street Stocks and Factory Stocks.
