Thomas Goes Back to Back in Driven Midwest NOW600 North Texas at RPM

CRANDALL, Texas (August 1, 2017) - Marcus Thomas went back to back in Driven Midwest NOW600 North Texas A-Class action at the RPM Speedway in Crandall, Texas on Friday night.

Thomas who started third on the grid at the start of the 20-lap affair jumped out front and never looked back to claim his second victory with the North Texas Region Friday night. Pole sitter, Chase Brewer finished in the second spot with Kobe Simpson coming home in third. Colton Corbin crossed in fourth with Colby Stubblefield finishing in fifth.

Gary Guffey advanced one spot to finish sixth. Brady Ross took seventh. Cody Duke finished in eight with Casey Merrell in ninth and Justin Bates rounding out the field.

Chase Brewer claimed the lone heat race.

Next Up for the Driven Midwest NOW600 North Texas Region will be Friday, July 28 at the RPM Speedway in Crandall, Texas for the Winged A-Class.
