Driven Midwest USAC NOW600 National Series Spending Fourth of July Weekend in the Lone Star State

DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (June 26, 2017) – Fireworks, BBQ and Micro Sprints what more can you ask for on Fourth of July Weekend then when the Driven Midwest USAC NOW600 National Micro Series presented by MyRacePass A-Class and Restricted divisions roll into the Lone Star State for a Texas sized Fourth of July weekend.

Frank Flud currently leads the point standings in the Winged A-Class division of the Driven Midwest USAC NOW600 National Tour. Jason McDougal sits in the second spot 67-points behind Flud. Kaylee Bryson is third with Holley Hollan fourth and Hank Davis rounding out the top 5.

2016 Restricted champion, Daison Pursley currently sits atop of the 2017 points chart in the Restricted ‘A’ Class division with a 42-point advantage over Ryder Laplante. Chase Randall currently sits in the third spot with Dylan Pendergrass and Kale Drake rounding out the top 5.

Things will kick off on Friday, June 30 at the Wichita Speedway in Wichita Falls, Texas. A regular stop of the Driven Midwest National Tour and home of the upcoming Driven Midwest Cup, Wichita Falls always produces some of the best micro sprint action on the racy ¼ mile oval. Friday nights card will also feature USRA Modifieds, Limited Modifieds, Street Stocks and Mini Stocks.

In the last outing to the Wichita Speedway saw Steven Shebester top the Stock Non-Wing Main Event and Ryder Laplante on the top spot in the Restricted ‘A’ Class division.

Gates open at 5PM, Hot Laps at 8PM with Racing to follow. NOW600 Drivers Meeting will be at 7PM.

Adults are $15, Seniors, Police & Fire are $10, Kids 6-12 are $8 and Children 5 and Under are Free! Pit Passes are $35 per class.

Bonus! Students K-12 having report cards with A/B’s will get in FREE (Grandstand Side ONLY!)

Saturday, July 1 the National Series will embark on the second and final visit of the 2017 season at 281 Speedway in Stephenville, Texas. The last visit to the 281 Speedway had Dustin Davidson and Ryder Laplate scoring victories for the series inaugural visit. The racing card will feature IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Mods, IMCA Stock Cars, Street Stocks, Factory Stocks and IMCA Sport Compacts. Officials with 281 Speedway will be running the NOW600 portion earlier with amount of classes in action.

Pit Gates open at 4PM, Front Gates open at 5PM, Hot Laps at 7:30PM and Racing at 8PM. NOW600 Drivers Meeting will be at 6:45PM.

Adults are $15 and Kids are $10. Pit Passes are $30 per class.
