Smith Captures First NOW600 North Texas Region Win at RPM Speedway

CRANDALL, Texas (April 3, 2017) - Stephen Smith captured his first career Driven Midwest NOW600 North Texas Region Winged A-Class Main Event on Friday night at the RPM Speedway in Crandall, Texas.

Smith who started sixth on the grid in the NOW600 North Texas Region Main Event worked his way to the top spot at the conclusion of the 20-lap affair. Bryan Debrick who started seventh on the grid spun out early came back and collected the second spot. Ninth position starter, Brandon Anderson rounded out the podium in third. Trevor Goad and Colton Corbin rounded out the top five.

Kevin Johnson came home in sixth, seventh went to Justin Bates. Eight place went to Cody Duke, with Jax Addams and Taylor Neilson rounding out the top 10.

Three Heat Races were contested on Friday night with Dustin Davidson, Mason Martin, and Trevor Goad taking the checkered flag first.
