Inside Line Promotions – SAPULPA, Okla. (June 20, 2014) – A trio of drivers captured their first NOW 600 Series victory of the season on Thursday at Creek County Speedway.

Steven Shebester, Alison Slaton and Brad Best each picked up a micro sprint win on a night that was shared with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour during its Speedweek.

After claiming his heat race, Shebester powered from his fourth starting position to the victory in the 20-lap NOW600 Non-Wing feature.

Polesitter Dylan Ward finished second with eighth-place starter Hunter Fischer rounding out the podium. Kyle Keeler charged from 14th to place fourth and Curtis Jones rounded out the top five after starting 10th.

Matt Moore and Cannon McIntosh each won a NOW600 Restrictor heat race, but it was Slaton who garnered the victory in the main event.

After starting on the inside of the third row, Slaton maneuvered into the lead and held on during the feature that was shortened to 15 laps because of a time limit and the threat of weather.

Third-place starter Ryan Hunt finished second with Moore also on the podium after he started on the outside of the front row. Cole Roberts, who started sixth, place fourth and McIntosh – the polesitter – capped the top five.

Grady Chandler, who is tied for the most NOW600 feature wins this season with two total, and Best both earned a win in the NOW600 A-Class heat races.

The duo shared the front row for the 20-lap feature and Best capitalized by recording the victory.

Kyle Keeler rallied from seventh to second place and Dean Drake Jr. finished where he started – third. Chandler was fourth and fourth-place starter Dylan Ward ended in fifth.

The NOW600 Series returns to action on Friday at Outlaw Motorsports Park in Wainwright, Okla.
