NOW600 National at Sweet Springs Falls to Rain!
SWEET SPRINGS, Mo. (September 24, 2025) - Officials with the Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex and the National Open Wheel 600 Series have come to an agreement to cancel this weekends event due to torrential rainfall over the past few days with more expected on Thursday.
“It is in the best interest in the racers and teams to make the call early, Sweet Springs has gotten a lot of rain and there would not be anyway to get on the track for Friday night, and we don’t feel like it is fair for the teams to travel for a one night show.” stated NOW600 Series Director, Terry Mattox.
“We appreciate the board at Sweet Springs for looking out for the traveling teams and their partnership with NOW600, we look forward to returning in 2026.”
Next up will be a three night event with POWRi National Midgets at Port City Raceway on October 9-11.
October 9: POWRi National Midgets and NOW600 Non-Wing.
October 10-11: POWRi National Midgets, NOW600 Non-Wing, NOW600 A-Class, and NOW600 Restricted plus Outlaw Micros.
