NOW600 National Micros
Ernst and Vasquez Earn NOW600 Southwest Kansas Region Wins on Friday at Airport Raceway!
GARDEN CITY, Kan. (July 29, 2023) - Shyla Ernst and Zayden Vasquez each earned feature event wins on Friday night at Airport Raceway with the NOW600 Southwest Kansas Region.
A field of 18 Winged A-Class and 6 Restricted drivers were on hand for the opening night of the Border War Battle.
Shyla Ernst added her name into the record books winning the Winged A-Class feature event. Buddy Mullens crossed in the second spot with Chase Spicola in third. Fourth went to Daniel Williams with Donnie Burrows made up the top five.
Tanner Johnson was scored in sixth. Seventh went to Rich Koop. Kaden Dady was eighth with Skyler Keeney crossing in ninth and John Farr the top ten.
Zayden Vasquez was victorious in Restricted competition. Jadi Jo Andrasek was second with Sawyer Zimmerman the podium. Fourth went to Cade Sonday with Shyla Ernst and Brodie Williams the field.
Action continues on Saturday at Airport Raceway.
