Disinger, Kirkman, Miller, Yoder, Lauderbaugh and Flatt Dominate in NOW600 Weekly Racing Opener at US 24!

LOGANSPORT, Indiana (April 15, 2023) - Russ Disinger, Kole Kirkman, Wyatt Miller, Nick Yoder, Chase Lauderbaugh, and Braxton Flatt picked up feature event wins on Friday to open up the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Weekly Racing series at US 24 Speedway.

79 overall entries were on hand featuring 18 CSI NOW600 Non-Wing Outlaws, 20 NOW600 Stock Non-Wing, 13 Concept Chassis NOW600 Winged A-Class, 10 Red Barn Firearms NOW600 Seniors, 6 Doug Wright Racing NOW600 Restricted, and 12 LiUNA NOW600 Junior Sprints.

NON-WING OUTLAW >>

Russ Disinger from third topped the CSI Non-Wing Outlaw feature event. Jeffrey Newel crossed in second with Cale Coons making up the podium from seventh. Parker Perry was fourth and Stone Sharpe rounded out the top five.

Newell and Jaxson Bishop each won a heat race.

STOCK NON-WING >>

Rolling from the fifth spot, Kole Kirkman claimed the win in the NOW600 Stock Non-Wing class. Parker Leek finished in second with Caleb Burge crossing third. Ryan Deis took home fourth with Tyler Hartzell the top five.

Heat race winners were Deis and Jovi Duffy.

WINGED A-CLASS >>

Wyatt Miller mastered the Concept Chassis NOW600 A-Class division. Kole Kirkman finished in the runner up spot with Charlie Allen crossing in third. Megan Cooley finished fourth with Jovi Duffy making up the top five.

Kannon Posey and Miller were victorious in heat race action.

SENIOR >>

Nick Yoder rode to victory in the Red Barn Forearms NOW600 Senior Micros. Dennis Corcoran took second. Rob McClain finished third with David Stivers claiming the fourth spot and Josh Isbell rounding out the top five.

Corcoran and Yoder were heat race winners.

RESTRICTED >>

Chase Lauderbaugh went to victory on Friday in the Dough Wright Racing NOW600 Restricted class. Nolan Mitchell finished in the runner up spot with Cale Cannon taking the third spot. Kolette Dicero was fourth and Jackie Smith the top five.

Mitchell was the lone heat race winner.

JUNIOR SPRINTS >>

Braxton Flatt from third topped the LiUNA NOW600 Junior Sprint division. Kaden Well finished up in second with McKenna Kren rounding out the podium. Ryder Morris was fourth and Braytin Jackson the top five.

Paxton Perry and Flatt were victorious in heat race action.

US 24 Speedway returns to action on Saturday night with $500 to win Stock Non-Wing.
