Karpowicz and Fulghum Top NOW600 Ark-La-Tex Region at 105 Speedway

CLEVELAND, Texas (April 9, 2023) - Alex Karpowicz and Ty Fulghum topped their respective classes on Saturday night at 105 Speedway with the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Ark-La-Tex Region.

15 Stock Non-Wing and 4 Restricted 'A' Class drivers made the trip to the red clay 1/4 mile oval.

From the pole of the 25 lap feature event, Alex Karpowicz scored the Stock Non-Wing win. Karson Battarbee crossed in the second spot with Kaden Trotter in third from seventh. Derek Dalmolin from 15th on the grid finished in fourth with Deuce Chamberlain the top five.

Battarbee and Karpowicz each claimed the heat race win.

Ty Fulghum went to victory in Restricted competition. David Spencer crossed in the runner up spot with Dilynn Hamelman rounding out the podium. Beau Chapman made up the field.

Chapman won the lone heat race.

The Ark-La-Tex Region of the National Open Wheel 600 Series returns to action on April 21 at South Texas Race Ranch in Corpus Christi, TX and Texana Raceway in Edna, TX on April 22.
