Steven Shebester Scores Second Straight Driven Midwest NOW600 Series Triumph

Inside Line Promotions – LAWTON, Okla. (June 25, 2016) – Steven Shebester drove to his second consecutive Driven Midwest NOW600 National Micro Series presented by MyRacePass feature win on Saturday at Lawton Speedway.

It was a Shebester battle up front at the end of the race as Steven outlasted Seth for the Stock Non-Wing victory during the series debut at the bullring. Steven Shebester’s trip to the Winner’s Circle boosted his lead to 344 points in the championship standings.

Shebester has now earned five top-five finishes in the division this season while no other driver has recorded more than two. The victory also ties Shebester with Frank Flud and Kyle Jones atop the win’s list this season with two.

Trey Lambert rounded out the podium with Collin Traylor finishing fourth and Jimmy Smith advancing from last to end fifth.

Chris Larson powered from fifth to claim the lone heat race of the night.

The Driven Midwest NOW600 National Micro Series presented by MyRacePass will return to action on July 16 at Superbowl Speedway in Greenville, Texas, where the Stock Non-Wing and Restricted ‘A’ Class divisions will compete.
