Circus City NOW600 Victories Go To Brandon, Yoder, Setser, Saldana, Kirkham, and Kimmel

Bryan Hulbert – PERU, Ind. (June 20, 2020) Six divisions took to Circus City Speedway clay on Saturday night with a combined 91 entries taking on the eighth-mile oval. In the end, NOW600 Weekly Racing wins went to Kole Kirkman in Non-Wing Outlaw competition while Reece Saldana topped the winged side of the Outlaw division.

A-Class was ruled by Beau Brandon while the younger Restricted division saw Gunnar Setser in Victory Lane. At the other end of the spectrum, Senior Non-Wing glory went to Nick Yoder. Cycling back to the lower age bracket, the Junior Sprints were topped by JD Kimmel.

Rolling from 10th to earn the win in Non-Wing Outlaw competition, Kole Kirkman took the checkered flag with Todd Kirkman in tow. Clawing from 16th to show, Brandon Rose made the podium while Parker Leek and Sam Kimmel completed the top five.

Reece Saldana from the front row was able to fend off the field in the Outlaw division while Blane Culp rolled eighth to second. Darin Naida, Kole Kirkman, and Jake Erikson made up the top five. Beau Brandon was able to turn his top starting spot into victory with Kole Kirkman making his third top-five appearance of the night with his runner-up finish. Gunner Setser grabbed third with Blane Culp fourth and Halen Shafer fifth.

Restricted win, and second top-five of the night for Gunnar Setsar, the Columbus, Ind. driver had Carter Whaley in tow over Rowen Partridge, Caidyn Brinkman, and Race Bible.

An impressive run from 10th, Nick Yoder's Senior Non-Wing win came over Jason Ohara while Fred McCarter grabbing third. From 11th, Joe Leek took fourth with Dennis Corcoran fifth. Junior Sprints numbered three with JD Kimmel, Mya Williamson, and Myles Bartley making the trip.

The next event at Circus City Speedway is Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, with Junior Sprints, Restricted A-Class, Senior Non-Wing Micros, A-Class Micros, Non-Wing Outlaw Micros, and Outlaw Wing Micros in action.
